Founded by a creator with a professional background in Disney, Palette Well-being was built to provide accessible emotional wellness tools that are both effective and non-intimidating. Inspired by personal struggles with isolation, the goal was to create a platform where others could find emotional clarity through creative outlets like art and journaling.

The thoughtful prompts will help them begin their emotional wellness journey by overcoming creative blocks. • Journaling: A space to save personal drawings, reflections, and written entries, allowing users to track their emotional journey and measure progress over time. Users can capture their thoughts, reflections, and artistic expressions in their personal digital journal. Whether it's a quick sketch or a written entry, this feature provides a private space to document progress and emotions, helping users track their mental wellness over time.

• Wellness CoursesStructured content that complements creative activities with educational tools to guide users in stress relief and emotional well-being. Our approach to designing Palette Well-being was centered around making emotional wellness tools intuitive and accessible. We adopted a design strategy of "overt abstraction", which hides unnecessary elements and only displays actionable widgets. This approach ensures that the user experience remains clean, focused, and user-friendly, without overwhelming users.

While our client’s well-thought-out UI design played a significant role, this design approach was integral to creating an experience that doesn’t just meet the needs of users but enhances their journey towards emotional clarity. The app remains simple yet impactful, ensuring that emotional wellness is easy to engage with, even for beginners.
