What does a waste management client need from a digital platform?

Waste management depends on accurate records. Every job has a shipment to follow, a quote to agree, documents to keep and an invoice to send, and waste profiles and manifests have to be accurate for environmental compliance. The WDG platform puts all of that in one place, available both in the office on desktop and in the field on mobile, so clients and staff see the same status at the same time.

How the features work together

A typical job follows one path through the platform: a client requests a quote, the job appears in shipment tracking with live status, the documents and waste manifests are stored against it, and the invoice is processed from the same record. Notifications keep everyone informed at each step, and inventory management shows stock levels alongside the work.
